User Agreement (for Account Creation)

When you create an account on www.1ofx.in, you become part of a community that celebrates culture, rarity, and originality. By signing up, you agree to comply with the following terms, which govern your access, usage, and conduct as a registered user of the platform. This agreement is made in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable laws of India.

Creating an account on our platform is optional but recommended. Registered users can enjoy faster checkout, track orders, manage exchanges, receive early drop alerts, and get personalized recommendations. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to keep this information updated at all times. Any account found to contain misleading or fraudulent details may be suspended or terminated without notice.

By registering, you consent to receive transactional emails, SMS notifications, and promotional content from 1OFX. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time through your account settings, but transactional messages related to order status, delivery, or account security will continue as part of essential service communication.

Your account is personal and must not be transferred, shared, or sold to another individual or entity. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use or a security breach, please notify us immediately at support@1ofx.in.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently delete any account that is found to violate our Terms of Use, engage in fraudulent activity, attempt abuse of discount codes, or misuse drop mechanics such as bots, bulk buying, or creating multiple fake accounts.

All personal data you submit during account creation or browsing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your information in compliance with Indian data protection regulations.

By creating an account, you agree that your engagement with the brand—whether through purchases, reviews, or digital interaction—remains respectful and honest. Any abuse, offensive language, or manipulation may result in permanent account bans or legal recourse if necessary.

1OFX reserves the right to update this User Agreement from time to time. Continued use of your account after such updates will constitute your agreement to the revised terms.
