At 1OFX, every piece is crafted to be rare, intentional, and part of a limited collection—known by many, owned by few. We understand that sometimes a product may not fit the way you imagined or meet your sizing expectations. While we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, we have designed a clear and transparent exchange-only policy to support our customers where needed, while maintaining the integrity of our exclusive drops. We currently offer exchanges only for size issues or manufacturing defects, and strictly for items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and protective covers intact. Exchanges must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any request made after this window will unfortunately not be eligible, as our drops are limited-edition and restocking is not always possible.

Since we do not offer refunds, we will only provide a one-time exchange for the same product in a different available size or, in rare cases where the same product is out of stock, we may offer a credit voucher valid for use within 120 days. No cash or bank refunds will be issued under any condition, including late deliveries, change of mind, or duplicate orders.
