At 1OFX, every product drop is carefully curated to reflect rarity, culture, and creative expression. Our pieces are designed to be limited in quantity, not restocked, and made available on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the nature of limited drops and the high demand they generate, we request that customers review the following disclaimer carefully before purchasing during any product launch, collection release, or special drop.

All limited edition items are exclusively available online at www.1ofx.in and are sold until stock lasts. Once a product is sold out, it will not be restocked or re-released. Because of this, we do not entertain requests to reserve products or hold inventory for any customer under any circumstances.

Given the volume of traffic during drops, multiple customers may attempt to purchase the same item at the same time. Order confirmation is only guaranteed upon successful payment processing and receiving an official confirmation email. Adding an item to your cart does not secure the product—it may still sell out before you complete your purchase.

All sales from limited drops are final and non-cancellable, in line with our brand policy. We do not offer refunds or order modifications once the purchase has been confirmed. In the case of size issues or defective items, our Exchange Policy applies strictly as per the terms outlined.

Server slowdowns, failed payment gateway responses, or cart expiry may occur during high-traffic launches. 1OFX is not liable for orders lost due to such issues, but we are committed to assisting wherever possible. Customers are advised to:

We reserve the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel a drop due to operational, legal, or logistical reasons. Any such changes will be communicated through our website or official social media handles.
