Cancellation Policy

At 1OFX, each product is part of a limited, carefully curated collection that represents exclusivity and cultural value. As a result, we operate on a strict no-cancellation policy. Once an order is placed and the payment is successfully processed, it is considered final and cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded for any reason.

This policy exists because our products are crafted in small quantities and sell out quickly. Confirmed orders immediately move into a streamlined processing and quality control workflow to ensure timely fulfilment. Allowing cancellations at this stage would not only disrupt our limited-inventory model but also affect the fairness of access to these rare pieces for other buyers.

We therefore urge all customers to double-check product details, size selection, shipping address, and billing information before placing an order. If you believe you’ve made a genuine mistake in your order (such as an incorrect size or duplicate), you must notify us at orders@1ofx.in within 1 hour of placing the order. While we cannot guarantee changes, our support team may attempt to intervene only if the order has not yet entered dispatch or packaging stage.

Once an order is marked as “processed,” “packed,” or “shipped,” no further changes, cancellations, or redirections can be made. Any order that cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or repeated failed delivery attempts will not be eligible for cancellation or refund and may be returned to us at the customer’s expense.
